ABOUT
Haidar Alhaibe is a Syrian artist, architect, and illustrator born in Latakia, 1996, He focuses primarily on creating artworks based on visual memory. His works in illustration, drawing and painting, blends subconscious imagery, and storytelling.

In addition to his independent practice, Haidar worked as a teaching assistant at the Colleges of Architecture and Fine Arts at Tishreen University in Latakia, Syria.

  • The Cocoon exploratory Online workshop, 2022
  • Mnzlee art project, 2021-current, collaborating with artist Leena Al-Nasser on illustrating a series of stories that were published online and as printed book.
  • Watercolor workshop  and Exhibition, 2021,  organized by the Ministry of Culture, Latakia, Syria.
